Abstract
Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 33 in that the Employer refused to supply safety foot wear to all employees involved in moving equipment. The Union requested that all affected employees be granted full redress and that the employer be required to post a directive prohibiting the movement of equipment without protective footwear.
