Abstract

Union grievance on behalf of all Mail Service Couriers in the St. John's Local alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 39, in that on December 13, 1992 the Employer allowed a non-CUPW member to perform CUPW job functions; namely to load a vehicle with nine monotainers and deliver them to the St. John's Airport.
