Abstract
Employee grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties for the period November 4, 1990 to October 31, 1992, which counsel agreed was to govern this matter, and in particular of Article 11.4 in that the Employer changed the schedules of shift employees without providing them with four weeks notice. The grievance seeks "pay of applicable rates for all hours worked outside the ordinary daily working hours".
