Abstract

Employee grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties for the period November 4, 1990 to October 31, 1992, which counsel agreed was to govern this matter, and in particular of Article 7.2(c) and Appendix "F", para.(9), in that the Employer laid the Grievor off without affording him the opportunity to bump the Third Party, who was the junior employee in his classification, with the result that the Third Party improperly acquired greater seniority than the Grievor.
