Abstract

Union grievance on behalf of all employees in group 1 alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, specifically Article 39, in that the Employer had allowed retail representative G. Hayes to do CUPW bargaining work on April 23, 1993.
