Abstract
Union grievance on behalf of employees in Group 2 alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 14 and 43 in that the on April 13, 1993, walks 21, 22 and 23 were required to report early on an overtime basis and all other walks were not accorded the same opportunity contrary to Article 48. The Union requested that the other employees in Group 2 be compensated by granting them all lost rights, earnings and benefits they would have earned had they been called in to work an hour early. The Union also requested that the Employer recognize that the starting time must be the same for all walks.
