Abstract
Union grievance on behalf of D. O'Connor alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 46.01(f)(i) in that the Employer denied him overtime and other pay and benefits to which he was entitled while working as a qualified observer in a major letter carrier walk restructuring exercise. The Union requested that he be granted full redress in the way of rights, earnings and benefits to which he was entitled.
