Abstract
Union grievance on behalf of regular mail service couriers, alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 15, 17, 44 and 51 in that on July 20, 1993 one of them was bypassed in the administration of additional hours and/or overtime while term employees delivered overflow parcels for parcel post zone #5. At 16:35 hours Mr. D. O'Connor indicated to the supervisor that he was free to deliver overflow parcels. The Union requested that he be granted full redress in the way of rights, earnings and benefits that he would have been paid had he worked the hours to which he was entitled on that date.
