Abstract

Union grievances on behalf of various grievors alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 9.19 and Appendix B-4, in that, although their grievances had been settled, the Employer had failed to send the Union notice as required by Article 19(c).
