Abstract
Union grievance on behalf of all employees in Group 2 Working in the Moncton Letter Carrier Depots #'s 1 and 2 alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 11, 13, 17, 51 and 53, in that, on February 22-26, March 1-5 and March 7-12, 1993, 12 named persons were improperly employed as full-time relief letter carriers/mail service couriers, and William Oakley was improperly assigned to work on walk #4. Regular full and part-time letter carriers and mail service couriers were allegedly bypassed in the administration of additional hours and or overtime.
