Abstract
The Grievor claims that his manager called to offer overtime to two employees. Upon discovering that the second employee had been called in error, the manager should have offered the shift to the Grievor. The Employer's position is that there was only one overtime slot available. The initial call was found to be in error, and the shift was then offered to the next person on the appropriate list.
