Abstract

The Grievors complain that they should have been offered after shift overtime when the mail truck was late. Instead, the overtime was offered to the next shift, and some of the work was performed by a casual employee. The Employer's position is that the there was no obligation to offer overtime to the Grievors because the truck was not due until an hour after the Grievors' shift ended.
