Abstract
The Union claims that a casual employee was given an assignment that could only go to a full-time employee. The Union claims that a casual employee cannot work on the wickets and be given counter credits.
The grievance fails. The arbitrator finds that a full-time employee is one who works full shifts and may be regular or casual. Hence the work assignment was within the meaning of the agreement.
