Abstract
The Employer assigned part-time Mail Service Couriers to do the duties of the Assistant to the Letter Carrier Supervisor and assigned a temporary MSC to work on the city turnaround. These grievances arise out of a cut-back in week-end work for Mail Service Couriers. At issue is the use the Employer made of MSC's in assigning them to either work with or do the Assistant's work while they replaced a letter carrier.
