Abstract
The Union grieves on behalf of two employees, alleging breach of the Collective Agreement regarding the status of term employees. The Union claims these grievances are governed by a previous award which decided all substantive issues except for compensation, and that Arbitrator Outhouse remains seized of these matters. The Employer claims that these two grievances stand by themselves, are not governed by the prior award, and that Arbitrator Outhouse retains no jurisdiction.
