Abstract
The Grievor was by-passed in the administration of rest day overtime. The Employer states that, because he was on modified duties, he could not do the work required and could not be accommodated without undue hardship to the Employer. It was beyond the medical restrictions under which the Grievor was working for him to load mail onto carts and open heavy mailbags.
