Abstract

The Union alleges that Walk 6 in St. Stephen was, and for some time had been, over-structured or over-assessed and requests that the walk- holder be declared to have been improperly denied promotion to full-time status. The issue, according to the Employer, is whether the walk automatically became full-time, or did so only following verification by the Employer. The Union asserts that the walk must be considered to have become full- time when shown to be over 360 minutes.
