Abstract
This grievance arises in the context of the mailmobile restructuring in Saint John in that the Employer failed to grant individual time values, as provided for in the Letter Carrier Route Measurement System, to mailmobile stops. The Unions request a declaration that the appropriate time values be applied for mailmobile stops and an order that all affected employees be compensated for any lost income.
