Abstract
The grievance contends that the Employer failed to follow the Manual of Letter Carrier Route Measurement when determining the time to obtain, load and unload a vehicle for all walks/routes at Saint John MPO. The Union requests a declaration that the Employer violated the Collective Agreement in this respect. They should be instructed to comply with an earlier order on the same issue and provide redress for all lost earnings and benefits. The Employer claims to have complied with the earlier award while admitting to some mis-communication in local management.
