Abstract
The Grievor, a Relief Lead Hand, was allegedly bypassed in the administration of overtime for October 21 and 22, 1998. The Union alleges a breach of the Collective Agreement by the Employer, and requests that the Grievor be compensated for earnings lost on the two days in question, with interest at the Bank of Canada rate. The provisions of Article 15 of the Collective Agreement outline specific procedures to be followed when offering overtime to employees.
