Abstract
The Grievors did not report to work because of a major snow storm. The Union believed that the Employer had breached the Collective Agreement by unreasonably denying special leave and wishes as remedy that the Employer pay damages to compensate the Grievors for what was lost because they were not granted the leave with pay.
