Abstract
The Employer offered a term employee overtime work, rather than a full or part-time person. The Union believes this to be contrary to the Collective Agreement and wants full redress for all affected employees.
The grievance succeeds. The term employee was performing short-term work, thus the overtime was improperly assigned. The Employee who would have had the opportunity to work the overtime is to be compensated accordingly. Jurisdiction is retained.
