Abstract
The Grievor, who has been with the Employer for more than 20 years, was dismissed for allegedly stealing a box of new light bulbs. The Grievor says he was told by the janitor that the bulbs were not new and that he could take them home. The Grievor alleges suspension and discharge without just cause and requests he be reinstated and compensated for all lost pay and benefits, plus any record of the incident be removed from his personal file.
