Abstract
Employee grievances alleging breach of the collective agreement between the parties in respect of the Postal operations Group (Non-supervisory): Internal Mail Processing and Complementary Postal Services, which expired July 31, 1989, but which remains in effect by virtue of the Canada Labour Code, in that the grievors were importuned contrary to Article 5.02. The Union requests that the grievors be granted full redress and that all letters, reports and documents relating to the incidents grieved shall be removed from their personal files.
