Abstract
Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the expiry date 31-07-89 but kept in force by legislation, and in particular of Articles 15 and 18.04 in that the Grievors were not assigned overtime work on a statutory holiday to which they were entitled. The Union requests an order that the Grievors be compensated in accordance with Article 15.18, "Penalty For Bypassing".
