Abstract

Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 1992, and in particular of Article 20.01, in that the Employer improperly denied sick leave to the Grievor. The Union requested an order that the Grievor be granted full redress, with interest according to Bank of Canada rates, and proper use of his sick leave credits.
