Abstract
Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 1992, and in particular of Article 11. 13 and 17, in that the Employer improperly allowed a letter carrier from a different facility to fill a long term absence in priority to the Grievor. The Union requested an order that the Grievor be granted full redress, with interest according to Bank of Canada rates.
