Abstract
Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 1992, and in particular of Articles 5.02, 10 and 20, in that the Grievor was importuned and reprimanded concerning her attendance without just, reasonable and sufficient cause. The Union requested that all letters, reports and documents relating to the incident in question be ordered removed from the Grievor's personal file.
