Abstract
Union allegation of a violation by the Employer of Article 39.02(d) of the Collective Agreement between the parties of July 31, 1992, in that on February 12, 1993 the Employer advised the Union of its intention to contract out work done by members of the bargaining unit at the Pearson Airport Air Mail Facility effective May 13, there having allegedly been no constructive consultation with the Union as required by Article 39.02. The Union requests an order that the contracting out not occur until 90 days after consultations between the parties are completed.
