Abstract
Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 14.02, in that the Employer altered work schedules without consultation with the Union. The Union requested that the Employer grant full redress to all employees affected and hire a sufficient number of regular and relief staff.
