Abstract
Union grievances alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, in that certain payments called for by the Collective Agreement were not made by the Employer. The Union's concern here is with Article 9.23 (c), in that the Employer sustained the grievances but failed to properly inform the Union of the action taken to implement the redress requested.
