Abstract

Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 48.06, in that employees were not paid overtime when they were required by the Employer to work schedules altered without consultation with the Union. The Union requested that the Employer grant full redress to all employees affected.
