Abstract
Union grievances on behalf of the Grievors, alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 18, in that the Employer refused the days off requested by the Grievors in lieu of statutory holidays which had fallen in the Grievors' vacations. The Union requested that the Employer compensate the Grievors by paying them double time, as if they had been required to work on holidays.
