Abstract
Union grievance on behalf of regular employees in Group 1 alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 15, 17 and 39, in that on April 15 and 17 casual employees were offered an opportunity to work on April 18 and regular employees were by- passed in the administration of rest day overtime. The Union requested that the Employer pay the employees affected the amount they would have earned if they had worked the rest day overtime, with interest.
