Abstract

Union grievance on behalf of all employees in group 2 at the Saint John Main Post Office alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, specifically Article 13 and Appendix V in that part-time walk 57 is over structured and must be made into a full-time position.
