Abstract
Union grievance on behalf of regular employees in Group 1 alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 15, 17 and 39.06, in that on April 18 the Employer gave work opportunities to casual employees from 1600-2400 hours while restricting the regular employees in the amount of overtime they were allowed to work. The Union request orders that the Grievors be compensated by paying them the amount they would have earned had they worked a ten hour overtime shift instead of an eight hour one, with interest.
