Abstract
Union grievances on behalf of certain Group 1 employees in the Moncton Local alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 11, 12.01, 14.20, 39.04 and 40, in that from July 23 to September 11 at various times the Employer assigned those employees to the Registration and Priority Courier section so as to defeat their rights to do the jobs in their regular sections in rotation, contrary to the staffing requirements of Article 39.04 and without providing the training required by Article 40, in one case contrary to the grievor's seniority rights in his classification, in two cases contrary to the preferred assignment provisions of Article 12.01.
