Abstract
Union grievances on behalf of all Group 2 employees in the Summerside Local and on behalf of term employees in Group 2 in the Summerside Local, alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, specifically Articles 17.06 and 19.16(m), in that the Employer did not backfill in accordance with the requirements of Article 17.06 and hired to cover superimposing for less than the required minimum of 20 days. The Union requested an order that the Employer compensate any employees improperly denied rights under the Collective Agreement.
