Abstract
Union grievance on behalf of all employees in the Summerside Local, alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, specifically Article 39.01, in that J. Carroll did work normally performed by members of the bargaining unit. The Union requested an order that Mr. Carroll cease performing bargaining unit work, that he pay Union dues for August and that any affected member of the bargaining unit be compensated.
