Abstract
Union grievances on behalf of all employees in Group 2 alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 15 and 48 in that the Employer allowed certain letter carriers to commence work before the official starting time as set by the Employer after local consultations and to work straight through meal periods.
