Abstract
Union grievances on behalf of Employees in Group 1 at Charlottetown and Summerside, P.E.I., alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, specifically Article 39.01(b) in that employees outside the bargaining unit performed work allegedly exclusively that of employees in the bargaining unit. The Union requested that the employees who allegedly should have performed the work be compensated in accordance with Article 39.01(c).
