Abstract
Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 19.16 and 52.04 in that the Employer unilaterally implemented a vacation leave that allegedly contravened the Collective Agreement. At the hearing the Union requested that the Employer be ordered to hire 2 additional Relief Letter Carriers and to place part-time letter carriers on the same annual leave list as full-time letter carriers.
