Abstract
This grievance challenges the Employer's policy of capping high mail volume overtime for regular full-time employees at two hours. The Union states that this was done even though there was still work to be done when the two hours had expired as demonstrated by the casuals working. The Employer argues that extension of overtime is not cost effective and productivity diminishes after ten hours. It stresses that had all the employees accepted overtime, there would be no need for casuals.
