Abstract
Following the restructuring of employees' routes/walks, the Union claims that the Employer did not return within five weeks to measure certain distances and replace estimates with actual distances. In the Employer's Atlantic Division, the practice has been to not return to measure the actual time on particular routes unless there is some change that affects everyone.
