Abstract
The grievance on behalf of admail employees states that calculations in relation to street distances were not corrected, which affected their payment calculation. Prior to the last restructure, the parties had discovered errors in the distances attributed to letter carrier routes which were corrected by local agreement. The crew chief for the admail employees complained that the errors would also affect them. The Employer takes the position that, because there is no mention of distances in the Appendix which establishes rates for admail employees, the "current method of payment calculation" could be said to have been maintained.
