Abstract
The Union alleges that the Employer breached the Collective Agreement by bypassing certain Regular Employees in administration of overtime while Temporary Employees covered the routes in question. The Union argued that the Employer should have used Article 17.05 of the Collective Agreement to cover the relevant absence. The Employer used Article 17.06. The Union requests that the Regular Employees be compensated for earnings lost on two days.
