After a quarter century of successful publishing the team behind the Canadian Journal of Law Technology embarks on a new undertaking with the Technology Law & Policy Review. Recognizing the fast-paced movement of technology, the Review is committed to maintaining an open access format.
The Review is a peer reviewed journal that seeks to inform, engage, and assist courts, policy-makers, lawyers, industry, civil society, regulatory and professional bodies, and the broader law and technology research and education community.
The Review is housed in the Schulich Technology Law and Policy Centre (formally the Law and Technology Institute) at Dalhousie University and has an editorial board exclusively composed of full-time university faculty.
See the Aims and Scope for a complete coverage of the journal.
