Aims & Scope
The Technology Law & Policy Review is aimed at a Canadian and international readership. It publishes articles broadly related to both law and technology, and technology policy, with priority given to articles with a Canadian focus. Whereas articles using conventional doctrinal, comparative or normative approaches are welcome, we are particularly interested in submissions that are interdisciplinary, follow an innovative approach, or utilize a different methodology. More generally, articles, comments, and notes are welcome if they touch on areas of emerging technologies, questions of law, technology generally, policy, ethics, and society.
Submissions are welcome in English and French.
